By placing an order on our website you signify your acceptance of the Terms of Sale set forth herein. Please take a moment to read

Sales Policy Agreement
By placing an order with Hawk Saw Blades a customer has agreed to the terms and conditions
of the sale as indicated on this website. By placing an order with Hawk Saw Blades a customer has agreed to the dollar amount of the sale and has
authorized Hawk Saw Blades to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified.
Terms of Payment
Hawk Saw Blades currently accepts credit card payment for products
available on this website through Visa or Master Card. During the checkout process your credit card will be authorized for the funds
required to complete the transaction only. Your card will not be charged until the time of shipment.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your submission of an order and / or receipt of an order confirmation,
automated or otherwise does not signify our acceptance of such order. Hawk Saw Blades reserves the right to cancel any order that we deem
necessary at our sole discretion and regardless of the order status or whether you have received a confirmation of the order. We reserve
the right to require additional information from you before accepting or processing any order.
Shipping Terms
All orders are F.O.B. shipping point.
Return Policy
Any band saw blades returned for credit must
be in saleable condition and have been issued a returned goods authorization (RGA) number by Hawk Saw Blades. These returns may be subject
to a restocking charge of 15% depending on the reason for return. No band saw blades that are over 90 days old will be accepted for return
unless they have been deemed defective. Please contact customer support for all other
products sold on this site in order to determine individual manufacturers applicable return policies.
Unauthorized Returns
Shipments that are refused without authorization
or that are returned to us because the address was invalid are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Hawk Saw Blades sells products from a variety of manufacturers. Weld to
length band saw blades are covered by the following Limited Warranty: Hawk Saw Blades guarantees its products to be free from defects in quality
and workmanship. This warranty does not include product that has been misused or mistreated. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of
the product only. Policies regarding items sold on this site not coverd by the above warranty are per original manufacturers specifications.
You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Hawk Saw Blades arising from any product sold on this website shall be the price of the
product ordered. In no event shall Hawk Saw Blades, its officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential
or punitive damages related to products sold.
Typographical and Photographical Errors
Hawk Saw Blades attempts to be as accurate as possible in our pricing
as well as our typographical and photographical depictions of products for sale. That said, Hawk Saw Blades cannot guarantee that product
descriptions / specifications, pricing or any other content on this website is accurate, complete or current. In the event that a product
is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical or other error Hawk Saw Blades shall have the right at our sole
discretion to either honor the displayed price or refuse / cancel any orders placed for said product.
