The HI-LO tooth form maintains positive cutting action and outlasts other blades in production
cutting of large diameter work-hardening materials such as stainless steels and nickel base super alloys with tensile strength of up to 164,000 psi.. Every tooth is
hardened to 68-69 Rc, providing a consistent production quality you can rely on. The 15° positive varied pitch design easily and accurately delivers full force and
penetration at the ideal shear zone for work-hardening materials. This provides consistent sawing at optimum rates throughout the life of the blade while delivering
reduced vibration.
